<p> Triad Alumni Association 7920 Brush Lake Road, North Lewisburg, Ohio 43060</p><p>Dear Triad Alumni:</p><p>The annual Triad Alumni Banquet will be held Saturday, June 14, 2014 in the High School Auditeria. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m., followed by a short business meeting. The classes of 2014, 1989 and 1964, as well as the oldest lady and gentleman graduates present will be honored. Various door prizes will also be awarded this year.</p><p>The price of the meal is $14 per person. No one will be permitted to pay at the door, and no phone reservations will be accepted. The menu will consist of:</p><p>Roast Beef Mashed Potatoes & Gravy Homemade Noodles Green Beans Dinner Roll Pie Beverage</p><p>Please make your reservations by mailing the bottom portion of this letter, along with your check to: Erica (Wilkins) Trainer, 128 Berwick Drive, Urbana, Ohio 43078. Reservations must be made by Friday, May 30, 2014. You must return your form by this date. Please do not mail reservations to the school.</p><p>The Alumni Association will award $500 scholarships to 2014 graduates. Please consider sending a contribution in support of our annual scholarship program. Again this year, we will be accepting contributions In Memory of Past Alumnus. These Memorials will be featured in the program distributed at the banquet. We urge you to support the Alumni Association even if you are unable to attend the banquet. Last, we are looking for old high school photographs you are willing to share for a slideshow presentation. Those can be forwarded to [email protected].
