Subgroup . Carmen, Tod, Dave, Katie . Carmen will do some research and pull together a meeting  Terrence’s request to standardize how to handle students and staff with multiple names o Online application gives instructions for name o We would come up with a standard of how to enter names o SS, HR, ITC, Ruby if possible as she is also ARC, Susan (Marshall / Holly and Ruby, Eva, Terrance)  Championing local data governance programs, how to proceed? o Building Bridges 2018, do we want to do a track on Data Governance and Data Quality? o How to connect the DGC to the local programs? o Susan shared the document she is creating . Keep at commission level – so there is more interest and involvement</p><p>2DGC Meeting 6/08/2017 . Do we take to WACTC also? Maybe after we go to commissions. We don’t want a mandate, we just want them to support this. o Susan and Carmen, will create a one page document summary (include both commission and college involvement)  How to connect DGC to the Query Governance workgroup?  Charter update, should we form a workgroup? o More emphasis on data quality – Brandon interested o Data quality outcomes – include them in the updated charter group  NEW: OSECE and Continuing Ed o Susan did a quick demo of Cont Ed and OSECE from the Tacoma system o OSECE is PeopleSoft – just an interface to show students the class schedule in a different / more customizable way and be able to pay. o Job upgrade – Perking reporting and funding, state support, for credit all need to be in PS o If there is a separate system “what is continuing ed” needs to be well defined – Carmen sees it more as “what is not continuing ed” a focus on what needs to be in PeopleSoft. Within PS ABE must be in undergraduate.
