The respondent submitted the letter dated 6.7.2017 written by the petitioner stating that his connection is running in industrial category and the assessment made by the respondent has been deposited by him. He further submitted that vide by letter dated 6.7.2017 the petitioner has informed / that he has no complaint against the licensee. He has submitted the copy of the letter of petitioner.
