Allow Movement X Allow Oral Responses Consultation Access Prior Knowledge/Experience (1a, 1b): We will review radius, X Cooperative Learning Decrease Length of Assignment diameter, chord, central angle, arc, congruence, and solving for a variable. Graphic Organizers Increase/Decrease Time Lesson/Input/Teaching (1a, 1e, 3a, 3c): PowerPoint from Cinch Math Modified/Alternate Materials Non-verbal cues Chapter 10 Section 3 and Notes from Mama’s Math will be gone over. As One-On-One Instruction we go over each theorem I will do an example of the problem then have X Peer Tutor them do a problem with me, then have them do a problem on their own. I Planner Use Preferential Seating will circulate around the room and see how they are doing. X Provide Written materials Reading Aids Reinforcers Shift Strategies (1a, 1c, 1e): I am meeting 1a by meeting the lesson Strategies – Behavioral standard, I am meeting 1b by accessing prior knowledge, and I am meeting Student Repeats Directions 1c by making sure that students learn the concept of relationships between X Teacher Demonstration/Modeling X Technology arcs and chords. Testing Modifications Underlining/Highlighting Check for Understanding (1f, 3c, 3d): After I demonstrate a problem for Verbal Cues X Visual Aids each theorem we will do a problem together, then students will work on a Weekly Progress Report problems together while I circulate through the class and see how they are Other: ______doing, At the end of class they will rewrite the theorems in their own words. For homework they will do an assignment from Math Space.

Student Processing/Assessment (1f, 3c, 3d): Teacher will circulate Higher Level Questioning around room during cooperative/independent practice to check for (3b) understanding. Students will work together during this time as well. Level 2 Questions Student Closure (1f, 3c, 3d): Exit ticket rewriting Theorems learned during this lesson. Given a circle with a diameter that Bisects a chord and its arc is Perpendicular to the chord, and we know the length of the ______diameter and the chord, Calculate The Bell Ringer is included under the following component(s): Review how to find the distance from of previous knowledge and introduction to today’s lesson from the center of the circle to the chord.

Level 3 Questions

Lesson Adjustments/ Additional Reflections (4a) Differentiation (1c, 1e, 3e)

Notes provided where they only need To only fill in blanks
