<p> Apple Pie Cake</p><p>Ingredients (Per Pair)</p><p>¼ cup margarine ½ cup sugar 1 egg, beaten 1⅓ cup SR flour, sifted ⅓ cup milk</p><p>200g apple pie filling</p><p>Crumble Mix ½ cup plain flour ¼ cup brown sugar ½ tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt ¼ cup margarine</p><p>Method</p><p>1. Preheat oven 190 in the middle shelf of oven. 2. Cream margarine and sugar. 3. Add egg and beat until combined. 4. Add milk and sifted flour alternately, one-third at a time, mixing lightly. 5. Place in a greased and lined round cake pan. 6. Spread the apple pie filling over the batter. 7. Make crumble: Mix together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt, then with a butter knife, cut and rub in the margarine until the mixture is crumbly. 8. Scatter the crumble mixture evenly over the apple pie filling. 9. Bake for about 40 minutes or until golden. 10. Cool in pan for a few minutes and serve.</p>
