CO Birthday: October, 21 College: Adams State Jones International University Favorite Foods:  Food Allergies, intolerances or dislikes? I try to eat healthy, but I do splurge sometimes! I am allergic to apples, peanuts, bananas, tomatoes, peas, carrots, spinach and sesame seeds.  Coffee, Tea or Other Beverage: I love unsweet iced- tea and black teas. I also enjoy sparkling water.  Snacks: Veggies, Popcorn, Guacamole, tree nuts  Restaurants: I love to go out to dinner! I love Panera, Chili’s, Qdoba, Chipotle, Kneaders, and Chick-fil-A</p><p>Lunch Bunch Options: (List the menu items you might like for lunch from any or all of the following restaurants) o Kneaders: Large avocado salad with ranch o Qdoba: Queso Chicken “Naked” bowl (No tortilla or rice), black beans, green sauce (chili verde). o Chipotle: Chicken burrito bowl, no rice, with chicken, black beans, green salsa, lettuce, and guacamole. o Chick-fil-a: Grilled nuggets with buffalo sauce and ranch for dipping, small fry</p><p>. Hobbies and Interests: I enjoy hiking, biking, running, dancing, paddle- boarding, swimming, snowshoeing, and being outdoors as much as I can. I also love to try out new and healthy recipes. My husband and I love the theater and to try new restaurants. . Music: I love a wide variety of genres, everything from country to old rock to gospel/worship to jazz. . Cultural events: I pretty much enjoy most cultural events. . Jewelry: I enjoy all different types of jewelry. . Fragrance: I typically don’t wear perfumes or items with fragrance in them, but I do love the smell of vanilla . Movies: I am more of a reader, but I enjoy family movies and documentaries. .
