Posting 2 The WECC-0121B, INT-007-WECC-CRT-3 Processing of Emergency Request for Interchange Drafting Team (DT) thanks everyone who submitted comments on the proposed project. Posting This project was posted for a 30-day public comment period from February 27 through March 29, 2017. WECC distributed the notice of the posting on February 27, 2017. The DT asked stakeholders to provide feedback on the proposed document through a standardized electronic template. WECC received comments from one company as shown in the following table. Location of Comments All comments received on the project can be viewed in their original format on the WECC-0121B project page under the “Submit and Review Comments” accordion. Changes in Response to Comment No changes were made in response to the comment received. There were no minority views. Effective Date The proposed Effective Date for the project is the first day of the second quarter following applicable regulatory approval. Justification Because the tasks assigned in the specified Requirements should impose no new burden, the proposed Effective Date is: “The first day of the second quarter following applicable regulatory approval.” NERC/FERC approval is not required for this project. Action Plan On April 6, 2017, the WECC-0121B DT agreed by majority vote to forward the project to the WECC Standards Committee (WSC) with a request for ballot. The WSC meets in June 2017.
