<p>Terms & Conditions</p><p> Entries must be submitted to FBD Insurance, on or before 28th May 2010.  The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into before or after judging.  Short listing of applications will apply and only the top 5 short listed businesses will be mystery shopped in the relevant categories.  Overall winners in each category will receive a prize of €500, a commemorative piece of crystal and a framed award  Prizes are non transferable and will only be awarded to the winner  This competition is not open to staff of FBD or the Donegal Town Community Chamber or their immediate family members.  The use of false or misleading information by a competition entrant will disqualify them from entering the competition.  Winners will be announced week commencing 21st June.  Any person found to be in disregard of the above rules will be disqualified automatically.  FBD and the Donegal Town Community Chamber reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion.  Neither FBD or the Donegal Town Community Chamber are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to competition promotions; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical malfunction.  FBD and the Donegal Town Community Chamber reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of any competition as determined by FBD in its sole discretion.  Neither FBD nor the Donegal Town Community Chamber accept any responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense or liability arising as a result of participation in this competition or any of the prizes rewarded.  Participation in FBD Business Awards in association with the Donegal Town Community Chamber denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any additional competition specific terms and conditions which may be advertised.  Entrants may participate in each category subject to fulfilling criteria of each category  Companies/ Entrants in any category must be within the remit of the Donegal Town Community Chamber area to be eligible to enter. Companies/ entrants from outside this geographical area will be ineligible to enter. </p>
