Dr. Hollingsworth made a motion, seconded by Mr. Anglin, to approve the minutes as amended. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>UNFINISHED BUSINESS</p><p>Review Draft Revision of Rule 5.2</p><p>Ms. Adams presented to the Board a draft revision of Rule 5.2.1 and Rule 5.2.2. Mr. Anglin made a motion, seconded by Dr. Johnson to approve the draft with minor changes. Motion unanimously carried. Ms. Adams will have the proposed order published in the February edition of Delaware Register of Regulations.</p><p>Formal Denial of Proposed to Deny Application - Dr. Tammy King</p><p>The Board reviewed Dr. King’s request to withdraw her application for licensure. Dr. King’s application is hereby formally withdrawn. </p><p>Formal Closure of Complaints - Complaint #26-02-06</p><p>Dr. Hollingsworth agreed with the investigative unit to officially close Complaint #26-02-06.</p><p>Formal Closure of Complaints - Complaint #26-03-06</p><p>Dr. Boston agreed with the investigative unit to officially close Complaint #26-03-06.</p><p>NEW BUSINESS </p><p>Proposal to Deny Hearing of Jacob Harrison as a Psychological Assistant Application for Dr. Alvin Turner</p><p>Dr. Turner and Jacob Harrison were sworn in and testified for the record. Verbatim testimony was taken by the court reporter. Dr. Hollingsworth made a motion, seconded by Ms. McDonough to approve Dr. Turner’s application. Motion unanimously carried. </p><p>Review of Application for Licensure by Reciprocity - Dr. Judith Pierson</p><p>The Board reviewed Dr. Pierson application for licensure by reciprocity. Dr. Hollingsworth made a motion, seconded by Mr. Anglin to propose to deny her application because her degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston University was not an APA approved clinical program of studies. Motion unanimously carried. </p><p>Review of Application for Licensure by Reciprocity - Dr. Richard McLaughlin</p><p>The Board reviewed Dr. McLaughlin’s application for licensure by reciprocity. Dr. Hollingsworth made a motion, seconded by Ms. Gardner to approve Dr. McLaughlin’s application for licensure by reciprocity. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>Review of Application for Licensure by Reciprocity - Dr. Barbara Briggs</p><p>The Board reviewed Dr. Briggs’ application for licensure by reciprocity. Dr. Johnson made a motion, seconded by Mr. Szczuka to table the application pending course descriptions from the University of Northern Colorado. Motion unanimously carried. Board of Examiners of Psychologists Minutes – 01/05/2007 Page 3</p><p>Review of Application to sit for the EPPP Examination - Dr. Alicia Williams</p><p>The Board reviewed Dr. William’s application to sit for the EPPP Examination. Dr. Hollingsworth made a motion, seconded by Ms. Gardner to table the application pending course descriptions from Rutgers University and supervisor license verification. Motion unanimously carried.</p><p>Review of Application to sit for the EPPP Examination - Dr. Robin Hegvik</p><p>The Board reviewed Dr. Hegvik’s application to sit for the EPPP Examination. Dr. Johnson made a motion, seconded by Dr. Hollingsworth to table the application pending course descriptions from Temple University. Motion carried with Mr. Anglin abstaining.</p><p>Correspondence</p><p>There was no correspondence for the Board to review.</p><p>Other Business before the Board (For Discussion Only) </p><p>There was no other business before the Board. </p><p>Public Comment</p><p>Ms. Sunday posed an ethical issue with Family Court. The Board informed her that this issue was beyond their jurisdiction. The Board recommended that she contact the Delaware Psychological Association with her concerns.</p><p>Next Meeting Date </p><p>The Board will hold a meeting on February 5, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room “A” of the Cannon Bldg., 861 Silver Lake Blvd., Dover, Delaware, 19904. All present indicated they could attend.</p><p>Adjournment</p><p>Dr. Johnson made a motion, seconded by Mr. Szczuka to adjourn. Motion unanimously carried.
