It’s about treating everyone you meet or interact with in a just and an unbiased manner, free from discrimination.</p><p>Cat Keithahn, Logistics Specialist When you have fairness, first off, it just kinda puts everyone on the same playing field and you can pull from each other’s strengths and go from there.</p><p>Mark Million, Information Technology Fairness means to me treating somebody by the same standards that I would expect to be treated by myself.</p><p>Leigh Dotson, Infrastructure Branch Director Being fair to all the employees promotes a loyal work force who respects each other, respects the leadership, respects our professional identity.
