<p> WORLD BRAILLE FOUNDATION</p><p>Barbara Marjeram Braille Literacy Scholarship SPECIAL PRIZE FOR 2011</p><p>“THE VICKY PRIZE”</p><p>A special prize is available in 2011 to be awarded to a blind girl or woman in Africa who has demonstrated a passion for lifelong learning with acquired Braille literacy skills. This prize of $500 USD will assist the recipient on the road to higher learning with the excitement of gaining new knowledge and opportunities to explore and achieve personal freedoms.</p><p>In her life Victoria Ledger was an inspiration to all who knew her with a personality and energy that proved no challenge too great and for whom personal freedoms and the love of family marked her countless professional and other achievements.</p><p>Appreciation is given to Barbara Marjeram for this personal tribute to Vicky and her family.</p><p>Application to be completed based on the guidelines of the Barbara Marjeram Braille Literacy Scholarship.
