<p> Notice Inviting Bids PARK DESIGN SERVICES FOR PALA VISTA PARK, CIP 8296</p><p>The chartered City of Vista is circulating this Request for Proposals to Landscape Architects qualified to provide the City with professional design services, document the existing site conditions, develop project alternatives and cost estimates for each alternative, and prepare Site Development Plans for making improvements to Pala Vista Park located at 234 Pala Vista Drive, 92083. </p><p>The Consultant shall design for the City complete and fully functional improvements to a vacant, recently purchased 0.9 acre park property called Pala Vista Park. There are currently no existing amenities at Pala Vista Park. It was purchased in November 2016 with the intention of developing a local pocket park that will also serve as a visual entrance into the City of Vista from those traveling on Civic Center Drive. A hazardous material survey of the site was conducted in December 2016 and the existing structures on site were demolished in April 2017. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment was also conducted in November 2016 and will be made available for review.
