TERMS AND CONDITIONS </p><p> A maximum of one additional garbage and/or recycling bin is available for each eligible household.</p><p> The half year fee for an additional bin will be added to the Rates, Valuation and Charges for the current financial year. An updated notice will be sent to the property owner, with a request for payment in early 2018.</p><p> For future financial years, the annual charge for the additional bin(s) will automatically be included on the Rates, Valuation and Charges notice for the property until the service is cancelled. </p><p> The applicant must maintain the bin in a sound and clean condition, suitable for collection. </p><p> The applicant must only dispose of approved materials in each bin (see www.geelongaustralia.com.au/bins for more information).</p><p> No refunds will be issued for cancellation of an additional bin.</p><p> Cancellations must be received before 30 June to avoid being charged for use of the bin in the next financial year.
