Have your Course Registration form in front of you and log into Parent Portal. This link can be found on the top right corner of the LEMS website: http://thompson.k12.co.us/erwin. If you have questions regarding your portal account, please email [email protected].</p><p>Log into portal using your username and password.</p><p>Once logged in, click on this link on the left hand side: Course Registration LEMS 17-18</p><p>The Course Registration Page will appear once you click</p><p>Courses that were assigned by the school will appear under “Required Courses” Click on Course Search to find a course to select for request or alternate. Put the course number in the search box, click “Go”. Your course will appear on the right hand side. Click the course. We highly recommend you search by course number. You can find these numbers on your Course Registration Form.</p><p>Click on the Course Name and then click on “Request this Course” to select as an elective or “Request as an Alternate”. Remember, incoming 6th graders will be selecting one maroon/gold course under request, while next year's 7th and 8th graders will each be selecting two maroon/gold courses under request. Each grade level will select a semester course under request and a semester course under alternate. Further directions can be found on your Course Registration form. The courses the student selected will appear under Requested Courses or Alternate Courses. Continue until you have selected each requested and alternate course. </p><p>Click on “Print Request Summary” and print your final requests and alternates. Attach this to your course request form and return to the appropriate teacher.</p><p>Please contact your grade level counselor if you have any questions.</p>
