It was well organized with multiple, shorter presentations and the presentations emphasized the interconnectedness of reports . APPRISE presentations: LIHEAP Virtual Library (LVL): went well and participants were pleased, but it was at the end of the day so there was limited engagement and participants did not review the materials beforehand Performance Measures: was the most challenging presentation. Slides will be revised for the next Regional Training in San Antonio to better connect the dots between the concepts and references to the Data Warehouse o San Antonio Regional training: . PMIWG members that will be in attendance: Jennifer Lee and Shirley Mason . In order to facilitate engagement during the LVL presentation, the group decided that: Sherry or the PMIWG will send a reminder to participants to review the LVL before attending. The group also proposed that the reminder indicate that the session will be interactive and participants should be ready to answer questions</p><p> Performance Measures Data Collection Webinar – 3/31 o The presentation will focus on Performance Measurement in terms of data collection, rather than Management. It will be recorded and it might be offered again in the future. o Melissa will send Jane information that will enable her to ask NEADA to send out something to members about the webinar</p><p>PMIWG Committee Updates</p><p> Reports and Analysis subcommittee update o Keyword list function is completed and the group welcomes feedback from other PMIWG members</p><p>32 Nassau Street Suite 200 Princeton, NJ 08542 Phone (609) 252-8008 Fax (609) 252-8015 www.appriseinc.org o Mid-term goal: Group will look to fine tune the Data Warehouse guided search and advanced search terms/sections to be clearer to the public (e.g. explaining the term “Energy Burden”) o Longer-term goal: Group will start compiling reports related to Performance Measurement analytics</p><p> Communications subcommittee update o Group is preparing for presentation on “How Performance Measures can impact your Model Plan” presentation during the May teleconference . Teleconference will aim to be more collaborative and encourage conversation by asking specific questions. Some examples include: Have you decided to review your state’s crisis definition based on the PM restoration/prevention data? Have you identified needy vulnerable households that you were unaware of previously? If so how will you reach out to this population? Assurance 16 activities and impacts . Group would like one person from a state that has been successful at reporting PM to talk during the teleconference o Group is working on the next newsletter article which will come out during the second week of April and will include: . T&TA articles . Shirley’s article about using PM data to revise Arkansas’ program . States that have reported FY15 PM data: 9 have reported Restoration data 8 have reported Energy Burden data . Jane suggested an article on shortcuts to LVL and the Data Warehouse Susan will follow-up with Dan about contacting Jane regarding her article suggestion o Group discussed the need to expand the newsletter distribution listserv . Susan will draft an email that Sherry will send about asking the state coordinators to (1) provide names of other staff in their office that should be receiving the emails and (2) to alert the group when staff leave o Heather and Susan talked about Hero Stories responsibility. They agreed that the stories can tie all three subcommittees together</p><p> Process subcommittee update o Group has been focusing on rolling out the LVL at the Regional Trainings o Jennifer will co-present at San Antonio, Heather at Denver, and possibly Cecil/Kristen at Seattle o Group talked about ways to encourage participants to ask questions: . Index cards – Melissa used them for all of her presentations in NY to gain additional questions/feedback that could not be addressed during the time allotted o Group mentioned Delaware’s survey to NEADA members about systems use o Hero Stories . PMIWG agreed that the Process team can come up with concepts and ideas and then turn them over to the Communications team for editing and story telling PMIWG agreed that the Process and Communications groups will collaborate for the July newsletter</p><p>32 Nassau Street Suite 200 Princeton, NJ 08542 Phone (609) 252-8008 Fax (609) 252-8015 www.appriseinc.org o Next project: Group will develop ideas for new tools that will enable states to use data in the Data Warehouse to move toward program improvement/management. In July, the group will run its ideas by the data group to determine next steps to make the tools </p><p>PMIWG Membership Matt Lyons (MD) is definitely interested in joining the PMIWG and being a part of the Process group Gina Kerr (IN) – Jane will follow-up with her and cc Melissa</p><p>Navigator Discussion Group discussed appointing someone that will give a summary to OCS after the on-site meeting in July</p><p>NEUAC Workshop</p><p> PMIWG has locked in a spot at NEUAC but it is at the end of the day on the second day (June 7th). Group agreed on keeping this spot. Shirley will present the bookends Susan was going to present the first part, but she will be unable to attend due to travel restrictions Melissa encouraged members to think about topics the group wants to discuss (e.g. helping vendors learn how the data is being used) Group is still looking for another presenter to discuss their state’s PM experience Group thought that Matt Lyons could be a possible candidate</p><p>Upcoming Meetings PMIWG Calendar outlines the upcoming meetings: o Next meeting is the April 28th PMIWG meeting o In person meeting is in July . Melissa will follow-up with OCS about sending out travel approval letters .
