<p> Conway Country Club 555 Country Club Road Conway, AR 72034</p><p>Conduct at the pool must be as follows to provide the most fun for the greatest number.</p><p>The swimming pool head lifeguard or assistants have the full authority to enforce the swimming pool regulations.</p><p>Lifeguards are at the pool for your safety and protection and should not be distracted.</p><p>Violation of any of the following rules will result in disciplinary action from the lifeguards or Club Management. ● 1st Offense: Warning ● 2nd Offense: 15-minute Time Out ● 3rd Offense: Sent Home for the Day</p><p>1. All members and guests must be individually signed in before entering the pool area. Members who bring guests will be required to sign-in the name of their guest(s) at the designated “Sign-In Station” to the pool. A guest, brought by a member, residing in Faulkner Country may use the CCC facilities a maximum of 3 times per calendar year. Charges for each guest will be $3.00 on weekdays and $5.00 on weekends and holidays. This rule is in accordance with the by-laws of our club. One baby-sitter registered with the club office will not be subject to guest fees. All other baby-sitters will be subject to guest fees. Baby-sitters must be at least 16 years old. Out-of-town guests will be permitted to come with a member more than 3 times, but will pay the usual guest fee. A member/guest sign-in notebook will be kept to ensure the enforcement of this rule. If you bring a guest, make sure they list their address as well as their name. 2. All members and guest to the pool will be required to wear a wristband while they are at the pool. This is to enforce the sign-in policy. At the time of sign-in the lifeguards will be checking a member roster to make sure that no non-members are allowed in the pool area. 3. There will be no swimming outside the posted pool hours (unless arrangements are made for a private party) or at any time when a lifeguard is not present. The pool will open Monday through Sunday, weather conditions permitting. 4. Children under 10 years of age may not be left unattended in the pool area (unless Special permission has been designated. 5. to be allowed in the big pool without a parent, a child must be able to pass the Swimming Test (one full lap around the pool) 6. Diving is permitted only in the deep end. 7. Horseplay, roughhousing, running, dunking, popping of towels, and other conduct that endangers the safety of others is strictly prohibited (to include water bombs, squish bombs, etc.). Ball playing is prohibited in large pool. Lifeguards are on duty to supervise the pool, they are not babysitters. 8. Proper swimming attire is required at all times. No cut off shorts or disposable diapers are permitted. Swimming diapers are acceptable. 9. The swimming pool staff has the authority to restrict the use of the pool to anyone for misconduct. Parents will be notified of such misconduct. The lifeguards are given full authority to enforce all rules. 10. The Infant & Toddler pool is for the use of pre-school children only, ages five and under with parental supervision. 11. Absolutely no bottles, metal objects, glass, or chewing gum shall be permitted in the vicinity of the pool at any time. No Exceptions! 12. The club shall not be responsible for personal effects left on the premises. 13. Members are not allowed to bring outside food into the pool area. Coolers and ice chests are not permitted. No Exceptions! 14. From 10:00am to 8:00pm swim parties are limited to 30 guests. Reservations must be made one week in advance with the Club Office. No outside food, with the exception of birthday cake, is permitted. Pool party fees will be $3.00 per non-member guest, plus the cost of food. Swim Party fees for after hours functions will be $100.00 per hour. 2 Lifeguards are required. 15. Pool deck rental for non-swimming functions are only allowed when pool is closed for the season or outside of normal operating hours. Rental fee is $500 plus cost of food and beverage. 16. Incoming phone calls for the pool are limited to emergencies only. 17. The pool will be closed at the first sign of inclement weather, and will reopen at an appropriate time. Diving Rules 1. Only one diver on diving board at a time 2. Only one bounce on the diving board 3. Wait until previous diver has reached the side before diving 4. All divers must swim to the nearest ladder 5. No one is allowed to hand or sit on the diving board or the lifeline 6. Water wings and other flotation devices, and goggles are not permitted in the Diving Area. Slide Rules 1. Only one person on the slide or ladder at a time 2. Wait until previous person is out of the way before starting down the slide 3. No one is allowed to hang or sit on the slide</p>
