Only if the trainee does not complete their contract will a penalty of 300€ be deducted to cover the costs of the training.</p><p>All Successful candidates will need to pay their outbound Air Fare to Mallorca . Once training/employment commences, employees receive free accommodation , full board and a salary of between 670€ up to 1.300€ gross per month depending on experience. Employees will also be covered for health care, accident insurance, and social security.</p><p>Contracts to commence 20th March 2015 for trainees and throughout April for experienced Entertainers until the end of season in October 2015 .
