<p>YPC Class Information</p><p> Students should wear comfortable clothing that will allow them to move freely, as movement will be an integral part of most of the workshops. It is requested that students either bring dance shoes (ballet shoes, jazz shoes or jazz sneakers) OR clean-soled tennis shoes. </p><p> Students should bring the following items to class: Water bottle Layers of clothes – our spaces are always in temperature fluctuation</p><p> Students in class longer than two hours should bring a snack. </p><p> Students will have intermittent breaks during class time.  For one-hour classes: one short water break  For hour and a half classes: one short water and bathroom break  For two-hour classes: one 10-minute water, snack and bathroom break  For three-hour classes: one 15-minute water, snack and bathroom break plus short breaks during transition times</p><p> Before and aftercare will NOT be available. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late picking up your child, you must contact YPC by calling the office at 612-623-9180. A late pick up after 15 minutes with no call will result in a fine of $1.00 per minute (YPC time) payable immediately to YPC. (We are paying a staff person to be on call for this time.)</p><p> When you pick up your child, you will need to check out with the YPC staff member on duty, unless you have authorized your child to check themselves out.</p><p> If you are going to miss a class for whatever reason, please call YPC at 612-623-9180 x102 or email Joey at [email protected] so we can inform the teacher.</p><p> We look forward to giving your child the best theater experience possible. Feel free to ask our teaching staff anything you want about the classes. Our goal is to enable a process environment, although there may be occasional situations where we do have a final performance or showcase and you are more than encouraged to attend.</p>
