<p>Craft and Food Vendors,</p><p>Thank you for showing an interest in attending the 64th Annual Pine Tree Festival and Southeast Timber Expo. This year’s event will be Friday, April 30, 2010 and Saturday May 1, 2010. We will be having a variety of entertainment during this two day event. Please complete and return the application form to P.O. Box 68, Swainsboro, GA 30401 by March 15, 2010. Attached is an aerial photo of the vendor area. We will do everything possible to make this event pleasant for you. However we can not control the weather so please come prepared. There will be no refunds for bad weather and we can not reschedule the festival.</p><p>All work must be original. No copyright or trademark of others will be permitted. Please submit photos of the work you will be selling (website or emailed photos are acceptable). The Pine Tree Festival Committee has the right to refuse space to any vendor. The quality, the workmanship and the number of similar products will be considerations for the festival. Decisions made by the festival committee are final.</p><p>Gates open at 6pm on Friday night and again at 9am Saturday Morning. Setup times will be from 3pm until 5pm Friday and 7am until 8am Saturday. All vehicles must be moved from the festival area prior to gate opening time. </p><p>RULES:  Applications must be submitted by March 15, 2010. No registration after the deadline and no registration the day of the festival.  Set up times will be Friday 3pm until 5pm and Saturday 7am until 8am.  BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE E-MAILED TO YOU PRIOR TO THE EVENT. IF YOU PREFER THEY BE MAILED TO YOU PLEASE ENCLOSE A SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE.  Your booth must be completely setup and ALL vehicles must be moved out of the Festival area prior to Gates opening. There will be vendor parking and passes will be distributed at check-in (limit 2 vehicles per vendor).  Each vendor will be issued a pass and 2 additional passes for help. These passes will be distributed at check-in.  Booths should present a neat and professional appearance.  Only unique, handcrafted, quality crafts may be offered for sale in the booth.  Booth sizes are 15x15 if you require additional space you must rent 2 booths.  Vendors must provide their own table, displays, canopy, tents, etc.  Food vendors will be on asphalt and must prepare appropriately for tents.
