<p>Accommodation</p><p>Official Hotel</p><p>The SAVCA 2017 Organising Committee has negotiated special rates at the Spier Hotel for SAVCA 2017 delegates. These rates are only for long stay or group bookings and have been specially arranged for the delegates’ convenience. </p><p>The hotel consists of village-style buildings, lush green lawns and spacious rooms situated next to the calming Eerste River. The rooms are clustered around six private courtyards, each with its own swimming pool. EFT Accommodation will be added to your conference registration invoice Credit Card Please note that accommodation cannot be paid via the online credit card payment portal linked to the registration form. A credit card authorization form will be sent to you and the credit card will be processed manually. </p><p>Cancellation dates: If a reservation is cancelled/reduced between 89 (22 Nov 2017) and 60 (21 Dec 2017) days prior to arrival there will be a 50% cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled/reduced between 59 (22 Dec 2017) and 30 (22 Jan 2018) days prior to arrival there will be a 75% cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled/reduced between 29 (22 Jan 2018) and 0 days prior to arrival there will be a 100% cancellation fee. </p>
