<p>From Sandy (Wise) Giersch</p><p>Patricia Jo (Davis) Metzger</p><p>Patricia Jo Metzger, 64, Salina, died Monday, April 21, 2003. Mrs. Metzger was born Patricia Jo Davis on March 17, 1939, in Salina. She was a homemaker and child-care provider. She graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University in 1998. She married R. Leroy Metzger on June 9, 1957, at First Presbyterian Church, Salina. She was a member of Sunrise Presbyterian Church, Clipper Mariners and Presbyterian Women. She was a reading mentor with the Salina School District’s “Hosts” Program. Survivors include her husband, R. Leroy of Salina; three sons, Randal and Brian of Salina and David of Belleville, Ill.; two brothers, Ron Davis of Salina and Jim Davis of Chicago; two sisters, Vicki Bishop of Salina and Judy Wilson of Wichita; and 16 grandchildren. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Sunrise Presbyterian Church, Salina. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina. Memorials may be made to the church of Central Kansas Mental Health Center Crossroads Club Program. Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401, where the family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday.</p>
