PSY 303?</p><p>5) Please list any upper-division (300 or above) psychology courses you have taken aside from PSY 301-303.</p><p>6) What is your current Western GPA?</p><p>7) Are you willing to commit to working at least two quarters in the lab?</p><p>8) Are you willing to commit 5-6 hours a week to working in the lab (usually RA’s receive 2 credits of independent study for their time)?</p><p>9) What are your plans following graduation? If you are planning to go to grad school, please indicate the type of program you’re thinking about. If you’re planning to find a job, please indicate what sort of job you’d like to find.</p><p>10) Why are you interested in being a research assistant?</p><p>11) Which of the research projects in the lab are you most interested in, and why? 12) If I have not had you in a 300 or 400 level class, please provide the name of at least one person whom I can contact as a reference. Professors in the Psychology Department are best, but professors in other departments or a supervisor are also okay. If they are not in the Psychology Department, please provide an e-mail address or phone number. I’m mostly looking for someone who can vouch for you being responsible, dependable, a hard worker, etc.</p>
