<p> CONSTITUTION OF KIUTA SECONDARY DAY SCHOOL FEMA CLUB </p><p>I. MISSION i. To educate the students and others against the transmission of HIV/AIDS ii. To encourage the talent of the student body iii. To learn about initiative iv. To Educate others about local beliefs such as female genital mutilation and early marriage v. To provide peer education for the society</p><p>II. HISTORY i. The Fema club was begun on the 5th of February 2010 under the supervision of Madam Claire Thomas and 60 members under the guidance of 5 leaders.</p><p>III. STRUCTURE i. The Fema club is under the supervision of a teacher and has the following elected leaders: i. President of the Club ii. Vice President of the Club iii. Secretary of the Club iv. Accountant of the Club (Appointed by President, Vice President, and Secretary) v. Parliamentarian of the Club (Appointed by President, Vice President, and Secretary)</p><p>IV. RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLUB MEMBERS i. Every club member should attend all the meetings. ii. Every club member should contribute to any club contributions iii. Every club member should be ready to educate other people either in the school or out of school iv. Every club member should follow club rules and regulations v. Every club member should participate fully to give his or her ideas to other members during the meeting V. RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE CLUB i. To conduct elections at the start of every year ii. The members who miss attending two meetings will be out of the club iii. Kuelimisha wanafunzi na wengineo dhidi ya maambukizi ya virusi vya UKIMWI / UKIMWI ii. Kukuza na kuendeleza vipaji vya wanafunzi iii. Kujifunza katika ujasiliamali iv. Kuelimisha jamii kuhusu mila potofu kama ukeketaji wa watoto wa kike na ndoa za utotoni v. Kutoa elimu rika kwa jamii</p><p>II. HISTORIA i. Klabu ilianzishwa mnamo tarehe 05 Febuary 2010 chini ya usimamizi wa Madam Claire Thomas na wamachama wapatao 60 na viongozi 5.</p><p>III. MUUNDO i. Klabu chini ya usimamizi wa mwalimu na ngazi za uongozi kama zifuatazo: i. Rais wa Klabu ii. Makamu wa Rais iii. Katibu wa Klabu iv. Mtunza hazina wa Klabu (Anachuguwa katika Rais wa Klabu, Makamu wa Rais, na Katibu wa Klabu) v. Mbunge wa Klabu (Anachuguwa katika Rais wa Klabu, Makamu wa Rais, na Katibu wa Klabu na msichana)</p><p>IV. WAJIBU WA WANACHAMA KATIKA KLABU i. Kwa kila mwanachama amefakiwa kuhedhuria katika kila mkutano (mjadela) ii. Kwa kila mwanachama atatkima kulipa mchango wote ambao utajito keza katika kiabu iii. Kwa kila mwanachama awetayari katika kazi za uelimishaji iv. Kwa kila mwanachama awetayari kufuata kanuni na shuria za klabu v. Kwa kila mwanachama awe mwenye kushiriki kutoa hoja na mao ni yake kwenye mijadala</p><p>V. SHERIA ZA KLABU i. Uchaguzi utafanyika kila baadaya mwaka mmoja ii. Mwanachama atakaye kosekama kwenye mikutano mwili atkuwa nje ya klabu iii. Mwamachama mwenye lughaya matusi au mgomvi atakuwa nje ya klabu</p>
