<p> Winston Elementary 3rd Annual GET YOUR PINK ON!! Obstacle Run</p><p>This race is up to a ½ mile run with 12 challenging obstacles. The event is non- competitive and will not be timed empowering kids through camaraderie, and fun challenges. In the spirit of shared challenge, we're proud to donate all registration fees to the It’s The Journey Foundation on behalf of the team at Winston who will be walking the 2-day Breast Cancer Walk in Atlanta . We're excited to assist in their life-saving mission to help women in need with education, early detection and treatment. Run, walk, climb, crawl—you will experience it all. But don't worry, if you get to an obstacle that's more than a challenge for you—hey, take one of the detours. Also expect safety throughout. Expect the competition to go on rain or shine. Expect not to be timed. Expect to leave with an overwhelming sense of accomplishment. Don't worry; again it's not a "race" in the traditional sense. It is an untimed obstacle course designed to push you slightly out of your comfort zone, but only as far as you are comfortable going.</p><p>When: Sunday, September 21st, 2014 - Rain or Shine Where: Winston Elementary School – Hwy 78, Winston Ga. All registrations received before Tuesday, Sept. 9th will receive their T- shirt on the day of the race. All entries received after Sept. 9th are considered late registrations. Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your child’s race time for race day registration. Late registrants’ and Race day registrants’ T-shirts will be sent to their schools about 2 weeks after the race.
