<p> FINDING MARICOPA ENTERPRISE IDS (MEID) FOR STUDENT/TEMPORARY WORKERS FOR HR ACCESS</p><p>Starting February 2007, student workers will need to clock in and out using the Web- based MCCCD Human Resource system. You will log on to this system using your Maricopa Employee Enterprise ID (MEID) and Enterprise Password. </p><p>Please note: You will need your Blackboard password to find your MEID. All PVCC students have a Blackboard account/password even if they haven’t had a class that uses Blackboard.</p><p>AS A WORK-STUDY STUDENT, HOW CAN I FIND MY EMPLOYEE MEID?</p><p>As a student, you will find your MEID using the following process:</p><p>Prepare </p><p>Step 1. Locate your Blackboard Password. </p><p>If you have forgotten your Blackboard password or you have never had a class in Blackboard, use the S-Pat tool to set a password now at https://memo2.maricopa.edu/spat.html Click the link, First Visit? Discover your MEID and Set Your Password</p><p>Step 2. Locate your Employee ID. (This 8 digit ID is different from your MEID and is found on your paycheck in the box to the right of your name.) </p><p>Step 3. Have the following handy: Social Security Number, Date of Birth, and your legal name (the way it appears on your HR paperwork)</p><p>Access the EASe Tool</p><p>Step 4. Start your browser and navigate to the EASe Tool at https://memo2.maricopa.edu/ease/ease.html </p><p>Step 5. Click the Create Enterprise ID button at bottom of the page.</p><p>Rev. 01/29/07 1 of 4 Step 6. In the Primary Site Dropdown box, select your campus.</p><p>Step 7. Type your Employee ID, Social Security Number, Legal Last Name, Legal First Name, Date of Birth (DOB), and Email Address in the corresponding fields.</p><p>Step 8. In the Password box, enter your Blackboard Password.</p><p>Step 9. Retype your password in the 2nd password field to confirm it.</p><p>Step 10. Click the Create Account button. If you have not entered an email address (which is optional), you will receive the following message:</p><p>Step 11. Click the Close Window link in the bottom left of the screen. Confirm Your Information</p><p>Rev. 01/29/07 2 of 4 Step 12. Confirm the information in the EASe View Information message and click the Confirm button.</p><p>Step 13. At the Verify Student (Blackboard) Account Password screen, type your Blackboard Password again. (This is the same password you entered in Step 8.) Re-type the password one final time in the lower box to confirm its accuracy.</p><p>Step 14. On the Verify Student Account Password screen, click the Continue button.</p><p>Step 15. The EASe Account Created Successfully confirmation screen will appear. </p><p>Rev. 01/29/07 3 of 4 This screen contains your Enterprise ID and your Directory Information. You will use this information for logging in to several District services. You may want to print this screen, but keep it in a safe place. </p><p>Your MEID Password will need to be changed every 120 days. To Change your MEID Password in the future, you will use the Personal Administration Tool (PAT Tool).</p><p>Navigate to: http://pvmail.maricopa.edu </p><p>Click the link, Secure Personal Administration Tool</p><p>Enter your directory name and MEID password to login to the PAT tool.</p><p>Rev. 01/29/07 4 of 4</p>
