<p> VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT</p><p>Job Title: Part-time Lifeguard</p><p>Posting Dates: May 29 through June 9, 2017</p><p>Work Location: Clewiston, Florida</p><p>Purpose of Job: Lifeguard performs public water safety and recreational work by supervising and enforcing regulations at aquatic facilities. The Lifeguard is responsible for the health and safety of patrons in attendance in an aquatic environment. This protection is both preventative as well as corrective.</p><p>Main Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures the safety of the patrons in and around the pool area. Maintains a clean swimming facility based on established procedures. Maintains a daily log of the Ph level of the pool water. Visual requirement equal to the criteria of accuracy to watch over patrons and ensure their safety.</p><p>Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: Assists the County in any necessary duties to achieve County goals. Performs other related duties as assigned</p><p>Education: High School Diploma or proof a high school attendance. Must possess a current and valid First Aid and lifeguard certificate. Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language.
