Challenge fee $2.00 TIME LIMITS: Match 1: PRONE 20 shots 20 shots in 20 minutes Match 2: STANDING 20 shots 20 shots in 40 minutes Match 3: KNEELING 20 shots 20 shots in 30 minutes Time left from one stage (position) cannot be used in the next stage (position). Melcher trophy is awarded to the competitor with the highest score who either resides in Rhode Island or is a regular participant in the RI Smallbore Rifle League (meets requirements for league awards). This is a revolving trophy in memory of George S. Melcher. Award for winner in each classification. Addition award for each five (5) competitors in a class after 10.
