<p>PTM Meeting March 2, 2016</p><p>Roll Call - Michele, Jen, Cami, Crystal, Tim, Lindy, Beth, Karen, Paula Last meeting’s minutes were approved.</p><p>Box Tops and Soup Labels Report - We should be getting a check for around $589.30. Mrs. Wight’s 3/4 Combo won the pizza party with 893 box tops. Mr. Lake’s class came in second with 869 box tops and Mrs. Hollist’s class came in third with the most pennies and 839 box tops after their award of 500 bonus tops. This is a $200 increase from previous Box Top competitions! Way to go everyone! </p><p>Old Business Swing in to Spring Dance is on Friday. - we have a sound system. Cami’s husband Crocket has volunteered to run the musc for us. - Michele will set up a refreshment table and a prize table. - Tim will sell the tickets at the door. - Cami is bringing balloons. - Jen has the photo booth back drop and will be taking pictures. - All who can be there to decorate Friday afternoon will be there. </p><p>New Business - Teacher Requests were reviewed. A request was approved for Mrs. Wandler’s mileage club reimbursement. - Plans for the 5K fun run are underway. An additional meeting has been scheduled for Monday the 7th at 6pm in the cafeteria. Paula has a flyer done. A registration form needs to be built so we can post it and have ready. - Kindergarten Round up is Friday, April 8 from 8:30am - 12:00pm. Ms. Kouba has requested the PTM have a few stations or booths set up for entertainment. We have agreed and will also set up a table for the PTM/Box Tops/Soup Labels/Playground Fund. Lindy, Paula and Crystal volunteered to be there. - Ms. Kouba has also asked for help with the Lone Rock Record. Beth has volunteered to help with this. - Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for March 23 and 24. Crystal will call parents for food volunteers. It will need to be brought in Wednesday afternoon, and leftovers will be put out on Thursday. Michele will handle the clean up on Wednesday. Crystal, Cami and Lindy will clean up on Thursday. - Teacher Appreciation Dinner will be during the week of May 2nd - most likely on May 5th with a Cinco de Mayo theme. Paula is going to call the St. Mary’s Community Center to see if we can use this venue. Previously, Heather sent home a flyer with the kids with Teacher Appreciation ideas. Tim thought she could be in charge of that again this year. </p><p>Work Projects The School Store schedule and volunteer list is as follows: March 4th - Jen March 11th - Tim March 18th - Karen (?)
