<p>ASHP Calls for Comments on Proposed Revisions to USP 797</p><p>The United States Pharmacopeia (USP) on Monday released its proposed revisions to Chapter 797, "Pharmaceutical Compounding--Sterile Preparations," and is accepting comments from the public through Aug. 15. ASHP will post a draft of its comments at the online Compounding Resource Center, http://www.ashp.org/. </p><p>The Society encourages practitioners to read the USP and ASHP postings and tell ASHP whether its draft is on target. ASHP also encourages practitioners to submit comments on the proposed Chapter 797 revisions directly to USP and send a copy of those comments to ASHP staff member Lesley Maloney at [email protected].</p><p>To receive a copy of the proposed revisions, send an e-mail to [email protected].</p>
