I’ve especially developed a good relationship with HR and act as a key contact for them if there are questions about recruiting efforts for the program. Opportunity I want to learn more about other projects in the center, and I look forward to meeting other TLs Comments: because I will be on the center’s Employee Engagement team next year. Rating: Role Model Strength Comments: This is an area of strength for me. Both peers and agents come to me for advice on how to best resolve problems and work out conflict with others. Some of these same people have told me that they consider me to be a good listener. I’m also asked to be the one to help some of our most difficult and demanding customers because I’m able to soothe them and get issues resolved.
