ARNETT HIGH SCHOOL BOARD ROOM 103 WEST HASKELL ARNETT, OKLAHOMA</p><p>Note: The Board may discuss, vote to approve, vote to disapprove, vote to table, or decide not to discuss any item on the agenda.</p><p>1. Call to order and roll call of members.</p><p>2. Consent Agenda. All of the following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at a board meeting, will be approved by one vote, unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration, and approval of the following items: a) Minutes of the February 27, 2017 special board meeting. b) Minutes of the February 27, 2017 regular board meeting. c) Minutes of the March 21, 2017 special board meeting. d) Approval of the monthly financial reports. e) Approval of the monthly warrants, purchase orders and change order listings: General Fund – Warrants # Purchase Orders # # Building Fund – Warrants # Purchase Orders # Child Nutrition Fund – Warrants # Alt. Ed. Co-op Fund – Warrants # 3. Public expression of concerns, if any.</p><p>4. Administrators’ reports. </p><p>5. Discussion and possible board action concerning attending the OSSBA Region 2 meeting on April 27 at 6:30 p.m. </p><p>6. Discussion and possible board action to declare old computers as surplus property. 7. Discussion and possible board action concerning approving Cooperative Agreement with the Board of County Commissioners of Ellis County.</p><p>8. Discussion and possible board action to approve the 2017-2018 school calendar. </p><p>9. Discussion and possible board action to approve Beta Club members and sponsors attending the National Beta Convention in Orlando, Florida.</p><p>10. Proposed executive session to discuss rehiring certified staff listed in Attachments A and B and support staff listed in Attachment C. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).</p><p>11. Vote to convene in executive session.</p><p>12 Acknowledge return of board to open session.</p><p>13.
