Business arising:  KL Area – P&C to commit up to $10k, govt will match. Moved by Mel 2nd Tracy  Border Rally BBQ raised $323.15. Megan delivered Certificate of Appreciation to businesses that donated goods.  P&C purchased 4 quick shades for the school.  Medallions for awards – Megan pricing.  Breakfast club items where purchased costing $21.00  Father’s Day raffle raised $1100.00  P&C Van – road worthy cost $334.00. Tyre Power did not charge any labour only for parts.  Sample bags sold at footy presentation. Sold all except 1 box. Made $230.00  Movie Night – Megan to purchase punch bowls $20.00 - Ask April about wine donation from BWS - Contact IGA about donation - Free tickets for Office ladies and Kay Noonan for selling the tickets - Ask for donations of Desserts on FB</p><p>Correspondence: NIL Principals Report:  Kindy Information night is on tonight.  Kindy Orientation starts week 2 Term 4.  Grandparents day term 4. Sue obtained a grant.</p><p>Treasurers Report:  Attached Canteen Report:  Nil Uniform Shop Report:  Bec will not be doing Uniform Shop next. Bec will no longer have children at the school.
