<p>Your name: </p><p>LEND Program at WIHD: Individualized Training Plan (ITP)</p><p>The LEND curriculum at WIHD is designed to help all trainees gain a broad array of knowledge and skills which will contribute to leadership development in the realm of children with disabilities and their families. Each trainee starts out on his/her own point on the leadership development curve. Creation of an ITP is the starting place for each trainee to customize her/his own LEND experience.</p><p>This exercise is designed to give you time to reflect on your learning priorities for this year. Try this strategy:  Reflect on why you decided to become a LEND trainee  Review the “MCH Leadership Competencies in the LEND Curriculum at WIHD” handout  Choose three competencies on which you would like to place special emphasis this year. Please make sure to include at least one of the following competencies in your list: #5, #6, or #10  Note the competencies in the first column  Write several specific goals under “My Plan for 07-08” for each of the competencies you chose  Hand in the plan, we will Xerox and return to you.  We will give a copy of this plan to your project team leader.</p><p>Leadership My Plan for 07-08 Competency</p>
