<p> EXHIBIT A</p><p>CONTRACT EXTENSION </p><p>This is a Contract Extension, made and entered into by and between: the CITY OF HALLANDALE BEACH (the “CITY”), a Florida Municipal Corporation and Todd Trombetta of Trombetta Tennis Academy, Inc. a Florida Corporation, ( Tennis Academy) for the purpose of extending the Tennis Agreement dated July 20, 2011 for Tennis Center operations at Golden Isles Tennis Complex on a month to month basis until such time as the tennis operations are closed for renovations as part of phase two of the Parks Master Plan. </p><p>WHEREAS, in July, 2011 the City Commission extended that agreement by and between the City and Todd Trombetta of Trombetta Tennis Academy, Inc. for operation of the Golden Isles Tennis Center for a term of three (3) years; and </p><p>WHEREAS, that Agreement expires December 31, 2014; and </p><p>WHEREAS, the Golden Isles Tennis Center is scheduled to undergo a complete renovation as part of phase two of the Master Plan Parks General Obligation Bond; and </p><p>WHEREAS, the City and Todd Trombetta of Trombetta Tennis Academy, Inc. desire to extend the Tennis Agreement dated July 20, 2011 on a month to month basis until such time as phase two of the Parks Master Plan begins.</p><p>NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the parties agree to the Contract Extension as follows: </p><p>1. The Agreement dated July 20, 2011 by and between the City and Todd Trombetta of Trombetta Tennis Academy, Inc. is hereby extended on a month to month basis beginning December 31, 2014. </p><p>2. The terms of the contract extension shall be governed by the specifications, pricing, and the terms and conditions set forth per the Agreement dated July 20, 2011.</p><p>3. The term of this contact extension shall be month to month until such time as the Golden Isles Tennis Complex is closed for renovations as part of Phase Two of the Parks Master Plan. </p><p>4. Nothing in the Agreement dated July 20, 2011 or this contract extension shall act as a waiver of City’s sovereign immunity. </p><p>5.
