<p> 2012 Hill’s Maryland Classic Invitational Gymnastics Meet Hill’s Gymnastics Training Center, 7557 Lindbergh Dr., Gaithersburg, MD 20879 phone 301-840-5900</p><p>August 1, 2011 Dear Coach: On behalf of the Hill’s Angels Parents Association (HAPA), we are pleased to invite you to participate in our 27th Annual Hill's Maryland Classic Invitational Gymnastics Meet. This year’s Invitational will be held over the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday weekend of January 13 - 16, 2012. The Hill’s Maryland Classic is one of the premier invitational meets in the country. Hill’s gymnastics is proud to be the home of Olympic, Olympic Trials, Collegiate, World and U. S. National champions Dominique Dawes, Elise Ray, Courtney Kupets, and Corrie Lothrop. Last year, over 900 gymnasts representing 30 teams competed at the Classic. This year’s meet will be another great competition! We have contracted again with the Prince George's County Sports and Learning Complex to host this year's Classic. This facility was the host site for the Eastern Championship in 2001, the National Championship in 2002 as well as the host of 2012 Eastern Championships. The 25,000 sq. ft. facility is furnished with the latest AAI equipment available and has bleacher seating for over 2,000 spectators. The 2012 Hill’s Maryland Classic incorporates several features which greatly enhance the enjoyment of gymnasts, coaches and parents alike. These features include: Valuable cash prizes for team competition  Cash prize of $1000 awarded to the winning team in the Open competition  Cash prize of $750 awarded to the winning team in the Level 9 competition  Cash prize of $350 awarded to the winning team in the Level 8 competition Individual event finals competition for the top 8 junior and top 8 senior gymnasts from each individual event for Level 9 and Open. Please complete and return the entry form with a non-refundable $25 per gymnast deposit and level estimates as soon as possible. Entries will be considered in the order in which the deposit is received. Please Email your team information as soon as it is available, however, you will not be considered entered until we receive your deposit. Final payments and club team rosters are due December 1, 2011. No refunds will be allowed after this date. Email registrations and roster changes to [email protected]. Changes will not be accepted over the telephone. The 2012 Hill’s Maryland Classic was full by the middle of September. We will accept entries until the meet is full.
