<p>Position: Quality Auditor—Wilmington, DE</p><p>Starting Date: Immediately. We are looking for educated and experienced candidates who have a desire to succeed! </p><p>DUTIES: Inspect utility right-of-ways and access to Right-of-Way (ROW) areas, for compliance with state clearance standards. Notify property owners of pending work on their property and help them understand why we are, or are not going to trim their trees. Document work using hand-held computer. Audit work completed by contractors. Discuss and negotiate line-clearance crew access issues. Position is 20% office 80% Field work. Special projects as assigned. Assisting in storm restoration efforts. Opportunities to work overtime and travel regionally.</p><p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: -Two or Four year degree REQUIRED in Forestry, Urban Forestry, Horticulture or related field. -Proficiency with local Tree Identification and Tree Physiology. -ISA Certified Arborist or ability to obtain in 6-12 months. -Quality Teamwork and Communication skills. -Current Driver’s License and Driving Record in good standing. -Proficient working knowledge of computers. Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint. -Desire to Work Outdoors.</p><p>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: -Professional or Collegiate Practical Tree Work Experience (including Collegiate Climbing Classes, Forestry Club Operations, Production Climber, Groundsman, or Lift Operator, etc). -Proven success working independently, illustrating time management and organizational skills. -Knowledge of Wood Products.</p><p>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Full time position.
