<p>2017-18 Hays Feeder Pattern Band Private Lesson Program</p><p>Date Form Was Returned to Band Director: ______</p><p>Private lessons are a Supplemental Opportunity for Band Students to Excel on their instrument. This is not a free program – Students, Parents, and/or Sponsors make payment directly to the lesson teachers.</p><p>To enroll - complete and return the attached enrollment information. Payments will be made directly to private lesson teachers at the time of the first lesson.  Private lessons are once a week.  Lessons are during band class, before school, or after school.  Lessons during class are ½ of the band period. Other lessons are 30 minutes.  The price of lessons is $100 every 4 weeks.
