Mizell to execute on the behalf of the City of Bogalusa a Quit Claim Deed to Wick Communications Co. to property located in Block 22 of the Southeast Bogalusa Addition of the L.A. Pierce Revised Addition to the City of Bogalusa located in Headright 39, Township 3 South Range 13 East, Washington Parish; said parcel of land contains 0.067 acres or 2,896.96 square feet.
