<p> City of Nicoma Park Planning Commission Regular Meeting MINUTES Thursday, October 18, 2012 @ 6:30 p.m. 2221 Nichols Drive, Nicoma Park, OK</p><p>1. Roll call to establish a quorum.</p><p>The meeting was called to order by Chairman Keith Sparks at 6:30 p.m.</p><p>Members Present: Keith Sparks, Paul Lawson, Tamara Compton, Cameron Pope Absent: Burnis Campbell</p><p>2. Discussion and possible action re: Approval of September 20, 2012 Minutes.</p><p>Motion by Lawson, Second by Pope, to approve the minutes. Ayes: Sparks, Compton, Lawson, Pope. Nays: None. Absent: Campbell. MOTION CARRIED</p><p>3. Discussion and possible action re: Move-In Application from Max Fitch for property at 2600 Ives Way. Mr. Fitch is wanting to move a 24x36 building from Harris House Moving to 2600 Ives Way to be used as a storage building.</p><p>Motion by Pope, Second by Lawson, to approve the move-in with the following provisions: the property is in a flood plain and requires a FEMA document “Notice of Intent” to do work in the floodplain be completed by a registered professional engineer or land surveyor and submitted before final approval and it would be James King’s final call to determine what he would have to do to comply with Floodplain Regulations and to make sure he complies with the regulations. Ayes: Sparks, Compton, Lawson, Pope. Nays: None. Absent: Campbell. MOTION CARRIED</p><p>4. Adjournment.</p><p>The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.</p><p>Approved by the Planning Commission on ______</p><p>______</p>
