These checklists do not replace any manufacturer-recommended procedures or any procedures required by the PSFA computerized maintenance management system.</p><p>Cooling Pre-season Inspection  N/A Comment Check box for completion Check in with District Physical Plant personnel Review equipment logs, operational problems and work performed by District personnel Review PSFA Preventive Maintenance Task List Flush and clean condensate pans and drains Inspect wiring for deterioration; Tighten electrical connections Visually inspect disconnect switches and starters for broken parts, contact arcing or any evidence of overheating Clean air intake and screens Check dampers and seals for dirt accumulations Check damper motors and linkage for proper operation Replace filters Check belts for wear; adjust tension or alignment and replace when necessary Clean fan and motor; Check fan blades for cracks or excessive wear Check bearing collar set screws on fan shaft for tightness Lubricate fan and motor if required Check all motors, belts, pulleys, shafts, etc. for alignment Check direct drive couplings for alignment and tightness of assembly. Check flexible couplings for alignment and wear. Check fan for vibration or excessive noise.
