<p>Men’s Club Hockey Contacts: Mike Mousseau and Kevin Erving (2011) Constitution</p><p>Article I – Name</p><p>The name of this club will be Men’s Club Hockey</p><p>Article II – Purpose</p><p>The mission of the St. Lawrence Club Hockey team is to provide any St. Lawrence student the opportunity to continue to play hockey at a more competitive environment than intramurals. It is for the individuals, who love and want to play hockey in a fun, more laid back atmosphere, but don’t have the skills to compete at the Division I, varsity level. We look for individuals committed to the sport and our team, but at the same time, we’re here to receive an education. Thus, our club comes second to academics.</p><p>Article III – Membership</p><p>The Men’s Club Hockey team is open to all fully matriculated, undergraduate students of St. Lawrence University. (Note: All Thelmo recognized clubs and organizations must be open to all students. In the case of a group requiring certain talents, skills or knowledge, open auditions or interviews must be held)</p><p>Article IV – Officers</p><p>Section 1: The officers of the Men’s Club Hockey team shall be: President, Vice President, and Treasurer Section 2: Officer Responsibilities The Men’s Club Hockey team’s overall activities are overseen by President and Vice-President while monetarily managed by our Treasurer. </p><p>Article V – Appointment of Officers</p><p>Each of these positions is appointed with approval from faculty advisor. This ensures the greatest possible relationship between players, team leaders and faculty as our team looks to continue its reputable standing with St. Lawrence into the future.</p><p>Article VI – Amendments</p><p>Any member of Men’s Club Hockey may propose an amendment to this constitution. The amendment must pass with a 65% vote of the membership of Men’s Club Hockey</p><p>Article VII – Supremacy</p><p>The Constitution of the Thelomathesian Society supercedes all articles of this Constitution.</p>
