<p> DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES STATEWIDE TRAVEL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM TRAVEL BULLETIN</p><p>Effective: November 1, 2010 Travel Bulletin # 10-08 Expiration: October 31, 2011</p><p>SUBJECT: DGS Travel Bulletin: Existing Contract Extension</p><p>PURPOSE: Notification of the One Provider Contract Extension (American Express Corporate Services and Voyager Fleet Systems, INC) </p><p>REFERENCE: DGS-OFA-OPPS-06</p><p>Extension of the This Travel Bulletin announces the extension of the Department of General One Provider Services (DGS) One Provider Contract with American Express Corporate Contract Services and Voyager Fleet Systems, INC. The term of this amendment is Agreement November 1, 2010 through October 31, 2011. All original terms and conditions shall remain the same.</p><p>Contract The American Express Payment System provides centrally billed accounts for Overview and airlines, rail, and car rental via the Business Travel Account (BTA) and Information individual travel charge cards for state travelers. In addition, American Express provides the Meeting Planners Account (MPA). This centrally billed account is to be used for the payment of consolidated lodging, and meeting and conference hotel charges. </p><p>The Voyager Fleet Payment System is a fuel card that can be used at over 10,000 locations throughout California to purchase fuel, alternative fuels, fluids, and lubricants. The Voyager card is also accepted by all major repair and maintenance providers throughout California. Voyager maintains data security savings and controls.
