<p> Convention Biscuit Oven Start Up/Shut Down and Operation</p><p>Start Up</p><p>1. Check cord to make sure there is no fraying, if cord is in good condition plug into power source 2. Turn the power switch "ON" and check for proper operation of machine 3. Preheat the oven 25 degrees F above the baking temperature (350 degrees F)</p><p>Operations of Oven</p><p>1. Open doors to oven slowly 2. Load the oven with product. Close the doors once product is loaded 3. Select baking label on oven for product for each tray 4. When the timer expired, the buzzer will sound alerting that the product is fully bakes 5. Prior to opening door to remove baked product, press the tray button for which product has baked 6. Put on heavy cotton gloves and remove bake tray from oven</p><p>Shut Down</p><p>1. Switch on/off switch to "OFF" 2. Disconnect the biscuit oven from the electrical supply prior to cleaning or maintenance 3. Let oven cool down for 20 - 30 minutes prior to cleaning 4. Remove the racks, rack supports and trays from the oven, using heavy duty cotton gloves 5. Soak the parts in a water and soap solution 6. Reinstall all racks, rack supports and trays back into oven, after cleaning</p><p>Note</p><p> Wear heavy cotton gloves to handle hot objects  Open oven door slowly to avoid the heat from the oven, use the door as a shield to block the heat  Let people know when you are carrying hot items</p><p>Created April 2007 Reviewed March 2010/Feb 2012</p>
