She earned her bachelor of science in foreign service from Georgetown University, Washington D.C. in 1990, her masters in law and diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, Medford, MA, in 1993 and her juris doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law, San Antonio, TX in 2002.</p><p>From 2002 until 2005, she worked as a corporate and securities associate at Jones Walker Wachter Poitevent Carrere and Denegre LLP, New Orleans, LA. At Trinity Mineral Management, Ms. Chabinska is pursuing a non-legal career focusing on oil and gas royalty verification and lease compliance.</p><p>Katrina Borchers Mohrer Person, Whitworth, Borchers & Morales, L.L.P</p><p>Katrina B. Mohrer practices law as a partner with the firm of Person, Whitworth, Borchers & Morales, L.L.P. Established in 1977, Person, Whitworth is a full-service transactional and litigation law firm, which represents mineral and landowner clients in South Texas and increasingly in other areas of Texas. Mrs. Mohrer’s practice primarily involves oil and gas and related real property transactional matters, and includes oil and gas royalty audits for her clients. She has written and made presentations on various oil and gas topics for different groups, including royalty, mineral and landowners, as well as attorneys in continuing legal education courses. Recently, together with Clay Nettleship, who is of-counsel at the firm, she co- authored Top Leases for the Texas Bar’s Advanced Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Course. </p><p>Mrs. Mohrer earned her juris doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law and her license to practice law in May, 1997; her certification as a bilingual elementary school teacher from Laredo State University, now Texas A & M International University, in 1993; and her bachelor of science from the University of Texas in May, 1992. </p>
