<p>80790 March 2013</p><p>Freedom of Information Request </p><p>You asked for the following information from the Ministry of Justice (MoJ):</p><p>I'd like to limit my request to information that is held centrally, please:</p><p>I would like to request a list of all staff working in the Ministry of Justice who have been seconded from outside organisations. </p><p>For each person, I would like to request their:  job title  department they work in  brief job description  start date of the secondment  end date of the secondment  company or organisation they work for (i.e. which organisation they have been seconded from)</p><p>I would like to limit my request from 1 January 2012 to the present day.</p><p>Your request has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).</p><p>I can confirm that the department holds the information that you have asked for, and I am pleased to provide this to you. </p><p>Your request was limited to what was centrally available. I can confirm that the following parts of your request that, if recorded, is centrally held:</p><p> List of staff seconded  Company or organisation they work for  Start and end date of secondment  The business area (department) they work in</p><p>The other information that you requested is not available centrally.</p><p>In respect of the list of staff seconded, I can confirm that the department holds this information but in this case we will not be providing it to you as it is exempt from disclosure. </p><p>UNCLASSIFIED We are not obliged, under section 40(2) of the Act, to provide information that is the personal information of another person if releasing would contravene any of the provisions in the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) for example, if disclosure is unfair. The terms of this exemption in the Freedom of Information Act mean that we do not have to consider whether or not it would be in the public interest for you to have the information. Therefore I am not disclosing the names of individual members of staff. </p><p>I am pleased to be able to provide the following information, in respect of secondments:</p><p> The originating organisation (i.e. the company or organisation from where people are seconded)  The start and end dates of secondments  The business area or department of the Ministry in which secondees work</p><p>This information is in the following table.
