<p> RESOLUTION</p><p>WHEREAS, Dr. Charles B. Rodning has over many years exhibited extraordinary awareness of the successes and achievements of members of the University Faculty, and</p><p>WHEREAS, he has displayed extraordinary diligence in maintaining that awareness, and</p><p>WHEREAS, he has recognized those achievements by the transmission through University mail of clippings annotated by personally written words of praise, and</p><p>WHEREAS, he has thereby fostered a climate of encouragement, promoted a spirit of pride and collegiality, and stimulated excellence, and</p><p>WHEREAS, the Faculty Senate greatly appreciates his efforts on behalf of the Faculty,</p><p>NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that Dr. Charles B.
