<p> Nikki Dickerson Medical Student</p><p>My name is Morgan Dickerson, but I go by Nikki. I just graduated with two undergraduate degrees (Biology and Chemistry) from East Central University. Originally I am from Mustang, OK, but have spent the last four years in Ada. Little did I know how much I would enjoy myself there or all the wonderful people I would meet. I love being involved and normally end up in a leadership role. In college I was President of the Honors Program (2 1/2 years), President of CIRCAW (1 year, this is a violence prevention program), and VP of the Chemistry Club (2 years). I began as a member of each of those organizations as a freshman. Throughout my entire undergrad career, I was also a member of the Pride of Tigerland Band (bass drum), Tri-beta National Honors Society, Alpha Chi National Honors Society, the Honors Board, and the Teaching Excellence Award Committee. I met many wonderful people in all of these roles and made more memories than I can count. Taking this summer off is definitely a change of pace, but I am thoroughly enjoying it as well! My brand new puppy, Jacey, and I take lots of walks and play lots of fetch. As a matter of fact, as I am typing this email, she's getting on to me for not throwing the ball. I am very excited about finally starting medical school and cannot wait to take the first step.</p>
