<p> Cherokee Elementary Science Olympiad Parent’s form</p><p>Please return to Mrs. Cummins by Monday, November 28th</p><p>I give my child ______permission to be on the Cherokee Elementary School Science Olympiad team. I understand this may require him/her to stay after school (3:20 – 4:20) or come before school (7:30) two or three days a week from late January to mid May. I also understand that the event is held at Chippewa Valley High School on Saturday, April 14th for the district competition and at Macomb Community College (south campus) on Saturday, May 5 th for the county competition.</p><p>Things parents can do to help support the team:</p><p>1. coach an event 2. sign up for one or more of the extra tasks (see sheet “Science Olympiad help needed) 3.
