<p>Project: Jay/Lawrence Street Station </p><p>Client/Owner: New York City Transit Authority</p><p>Description of Work:</p><p>Jay Street – MetroTech is an underground station complex of New York City Subway. Located at Willoughby Street between Jay and Lawrence Streets in Downtown Brooklyn. This complex is composed of two formerly separately named stations, Jay Street – Borough Hall for the IND and Lawrence Street – MetroTech for the BMT.. A passageway connecting both stations was constructed as part of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority's 2005–2009 Capital Program. The transfer passageway opened on December 10, 2010 and the new complex was named Jay Street – MetroTech.</p><p>Operating under contract, Artel Communications was selected by Five Star Electric to design all communication systems for the Telephone, Fiber/Data, CCTV, Public Address System, and Clock System.</p><p>Artel designed, furnished, and assisted in the complete installation of the aforementioned systems to allow reliable communications and security throughout the facility complying with the latest edition of applicable codes and standards</p><p>System Provided: Manufacturer:</p><p> Telephone System: </p><p> Data System Infrastructure: </p><p> Network Video CCTV: </p><p> Fiber Infrastructure: </p><p> Clock System: </p><p> U.P.S.
