<p> West Virginia Society for Respiratory Care Conference Exhibitor Registration Form</p><p>The West Virginia Society for Respiratory Care is sponsoring the Annual Winter Conference on Thursday, February 1, and Friday, February 2, 2018, to be held at Canaan Valley Resort & Conference Center, Davis, WV.</p><p>The conference is marketed to Respiratory Therapists, Nurses and other healthcare providers in hospitals, home care, sleep lab, durable medical equipment, rehabilitation and education. The purpose of the conference is to provide new information pertinent to the health care profession. </p><p>We are also having a networking event this year during the conference to engage directors from around the state to discuss the ever-changing healthcare arena. </p><p>An essential component of a continuing education program are exhibits that enable participants to gain first- hand information on state of the art technology, therapy, medications, publications, software and employment opportunities. </p><p>Our conference planning committee has identified your organization as one that would be of interest to the targeted audience. We expect approximately 100 attendees at this conference. Exhibits are open throughout the conference with scheduled times during the conference for participants to visit the exhibit hall. </p><p>Attached is a vendor registration form. We allow 2 staff for each vendor to be included in the cost. Additionally, staff can attend the lectures and receive CRCEs approved by the AARC. A brochure and agenda will be provided prior to the meeting posted on our website, www.wvsrc.org.
